Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept PayPal. Orders are processed after the order and payment confirmation. Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you about replacement, delay or refund options.

Shipping, Duties and Import Taxes

ChoosyGoods provides free tracked standard shipping worldwide for all orders placed through our website, including retail, mixed and wholesale orders. Standard shipping charges are not added at checkout.

Import duties, customs fees, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees and other charges assessed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price and may be collected by customs or the carrier before or at delivery. Express shipping is available for an additional US$10 per item. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the estimated delivery time.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery through our Return Request form. Please do not send an item back until you receive return instructions.

If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, report it promptly with your order number and clear photos. The recommended 3-day reporting window helps us investigate delivery issues and does not reduce the 14-day return request period.
